五 | 而俄罗斯军事记者们之前对于人民军官兵的赞誉，也没有夸大其词。在战斗经验总结部分，人民军多次提到了，前线士兵的坚强意志，以及高昂的战斗士气，可以在一定程度上消除对手的装备优势，并强调在部分地区的作战之中，正是“在自我牺牲精神之下勇往直前的进攻”，迫使了装备现代化装备的乌方守军后退。人民军还提到，在某次进攻作战中，他们的三个营从后方待机地域出发后，分别秘密前进了41公里、43公里、50公里，在敌人未发觉的情况下抵达攻击出发阵地，然后从三个方向出其不意的猛攻对手，用时31个小时结束战斗。【韩媒得到的人民军内部文件照片】在另一场渗透作战中，人民军的一个营在下车后利用森林掩护秘密前进了9公里，使用了3艘每次只能搭载2—3人的小船成功渡河。这些内容都说明了，此次抽调到库尔斯克前线的人民军官兵，确实都是人民军中精通渗透、突击作战，且作战意志较为顽强的精兵。基本的作战素质超过了大部分俄乌两国临时招募的后备人员。同时，文件中有关各级指挥官保持高度警觉，在战斗中能够根据情况变化迅速做出决断，以及当主要指挥员无法履行指挥职责时，指导员、副连长以及参谋人员能够快速接手指挥，确保战斗不间断进行的表述，说明人民军指挥员均具备不错的指挥能力，能够确保在作战状态下保持指挥链正常运行。

六 | 【在库尔斯克前线参战的疑似朝鲜人民军官兵】诚然，文件中提到了，人民军部队出现了面对无人机经验不足、与俄军协调不畅通、伤员转运不及时等一系列问题。但外界必须承认，此次参战的人民军部队确实算得上俄乌战场上的一支强军，而随着人民军部队总结经验，吸取教训，现在出现的很多问题都有望得到解决，进而促进人民军整体战斗力的提升。

七 | 这也是朝鲜主动提出可以派兵参战，进一步参与到俄乌冲突中的一个重要目的。乌克兰军队在前线缴获的文件显示，在正式参战1个月后，朝鲜人民军正在战争之中学习战争，逐渐适应现代化作战，通过总结经验教训，发现自身的不足之处并为此做出调整。从这个角度来看，朝鲜人民军实际战斗力和适应战争的能力，还是被外界严重低估了。【朝鲜人民军正在任务战场上学习现代化作战】在缴获文件之中，人民军官兵重点强调了学习使用与应对无人机的问题。而缺乏应对无人机的经验，恰恰是乌克兰等方一直强调的人民军部队关键弱点。从文件来看，人民军现在已经意识到了，随着无人机被更加广泛地应用，战场侦察与隐蔽的模式发生了变化，敌军可以使用无人机进行更加高效的侦察索敌，使用自杀式无人机或通过无人机引导后方炮兵，更加快速地展开火力打击。所以，人民军要求身处俄乌前线的基层作战部队，编组专门的反无人机作战小组，在发现敌方无人机时，尽量集中火力予以消灭，或者有效使用电磁干扰器等设备，干扰对手无人机的使用。【俄乌双方在战场上都大量使用了无人机】当敌方侦察无人机出现时，所有士兵必须立刻进入隐蔽设施内，减少敌方炮击伤亡，且要求前线部队人民军还将乌军的无人机发射阵地，列为与乌军火炮阵地同等重要的目标，认为应该通过与俄军远程炮兵配合，提前敲掉这些目标。在发起进攻作战等无法隐蔽躲避炮击与无人机袭击的情况下，则要将部队分成2、3人的作战小组，以减少敌方火力打击造成的伤亡。

八 | 人民军甚至利用乌军会使用无人机跟踪己方部队的特性，制定了一个诱敌战术，通过集中火力的办法击落了多架无人机。这一切都证明了，人民军正在逐步适应俄乌战场上无处不在的无人机，并且有了一些自己的反无人机作战心得。【人民军未来有可能列装更多无人机】同时，人民军意识到了无人机在现代作战中的作用，要求所有连一级部队中必须有无人机侦察小组，做到不侦察不行动。人民军正在通过与俄军交流经验，以及自己在战场上的实践，摸索出一条无人机使用办法。在无人机作战外，朝方文件还显示，人民军已经意识到了，在复杂电磁环境之下，确保前线通信畅通的难度越来越高，对通信保障提出了一系列要求。由于乌军装备了大量的北约援助武器，人民军还在实战中，对于北约体系武器的能力有了更加深刻地了解。其中令人民军记忆最深刻的，是北约精确制导武器能够对距离前线90到110公里的后方目标发起战术打击。这无疑会改变人民军在朝鲜半岛方向的军事防御策略。【乌军的北约制武器给人家留下了深刻印象】最后要说明的，此次乌方缴获的战场经验、教训总结文件，主要是人民军第94旅部队在战场上的心得，不包括另一支人民军主要参战力量92旅总结的经验，以及人民军从俄方那里学到的内容。所以，这份文件中体现出来的只是人民军在俄乌冲突中学到的一部分东西。但窥一斑而知全豹。这份缴获文件的出现，仍旧证明了朝鲜出兵助俄在军事建设上的正确性。

九 | 在这些经验不断传回国内后，人民军的整体作战能力有望得到质的提升。
