二 | Disgraced singer-songwriter R. Kelly was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison on Wednesday, marking the end of a six-week trial in Brooklyn that included testimony from dozens of witnesses, including those who accused the 55-year-old of both sexual and physical abuse.,The US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York was aiming for Kelly to be given at least 25 years behind bars, per a June 8 memo. 三 | 党的组织作风建设成果，总是在重大关头重要时刻体现。从决战决胜脱贫攻坚到全面建成小康社会、从纪念改革开放40周年到庆祝建党 100 周年，以及围绕学习宣传党的二十大精神、省十四运等重大主题、重要活动，市文联始终担当作为，以创作为中心，以精品生产为龙头，团结带领广大文艺工作者记录新时代、书写新时代、讴歌新时代，讴歌党、讴歌祖国、讴歌人民、讴歌英雄，努力创作出无愧于时代、无愧于人民、无愧于民族的优秀作品，充分展现了文艺工作者为人民立传、为历史画像、为时代明德的文化担当，实现文艺创作的全面繁荣。
四 | 社会主义文艺本质是人民的文艺。70年来，市文联始终坚持以人民为中心的工作导向，深入生活、扎根人民，以文艺热忱服务人民，推动新时代文明实践文艺志愿服务工作长效化常态化，让文艺发展的成果惠及抚顺百姓，满足人民精神文化生活新期待。市文联机关每年组织党员干部深入基层社区，亮出党员身份，开展赠送文艺书籍、举行文艺座谈、结对共建等特色活动；每年两节期间，组织书法家送春联、福字到田间地头、到社区乡村；连续多年选派文艺志愿者深入全市21所中小学开展送文艺进校园活动。
五 | 同时，市文联一直致力于加强文艺基地建设，出台《抚顺市创作实践基地建设及管理办法》。
六 | 目前，已审批市级基地89家，定期开展内容丰富、形式多样的文艺活动，成为人民群众参与文艺活动的重要载体。 文艺人才是文艺事业繁荣发展的最核心要素。一直以来，市文联注重广泛吸纳新兴文艺组织作为团体会员，科学管理、增强服务，让传统文艺组织与新兴文艺组织形成合力，助推我市文艺繁荣。目前，市文联共有作协、美协、书协等协会组织20家，其中硬笔书法家协会、郭沫若艺术研究会等10家主管协会都是新兴文艺组织；拥有市级以上注册会员4131人，其中国家级会员135人、省级会员1075人，基本形成了一支由各文艺家领军人物，新文艺群体拔尖人才，中青年文艺骨干和基层文艺工作者构成、老中青相结合、梯队层次分明的文艺人才队伍。同时，新兴文艺组织的发展也增加了我市文化场馆数量、增强了文艺创作投入。 初心不改，方得始终。
